Why Are Some People Fearful, While Others Aren’t
What’s your greatest fear? What holds you back? Some people may be afraid of the process or maybe it’s the result that you fear. We all have fears in life that keep us from doing what we want to do. What matters is how we push through those fears.
“What motivates me through fear would be my focus on my goals. I need to fight the dragon to get to the castle type of mindset for me. If it’s hard then it will be worth it and the challenge makes me stronger. The fear and process use to hold me back like most people. New job is scary so don’t try kind of mindset. I use to be scared to break out of my comfort zone and job working for someone else even though I didn’t like working there but it was easy and something new was scary… once I jumped out of my comfort zone into the new business, my business I was happy and proud of myself.” Brian Holt, CEO, Balanced Action Marketing Firm, Inc
Throw away those fears, write them down on a piece of paper and throw them away. Don’t let them define you. Use yourself, your goal in life, what you want no matter what it is, use all of that as your motivation to keep going every single day.
“We feel fear because we don’t know what it is. New food, people or places… the solution is to communicate your fears and get a better understanding of what and how a situation is handled. Once we as people know the unknown then there is no fear. Scared of the dark as a kid and now scared our future as an adult. The knowledge flashlight shows us where and what we need to do!” said Brian.
The more you hold onto those fears you have bottled up inside, the more you’re going to miss out on in life! The only person who can hurt you, is you. And yes, maybe that first try you’ll fail but that failure only pushes you closer to your success. You can be as successful as you want to
be, you can have all the things in life that you want, but YOU have to be the one to get all of that for yourself. Do you want to miss what could be simply because of the what ifs?
