I was in a marketing and sales job before working within this industry. I hit the top but couldn’t go any further. I started this new career and I am amazed by the growth and opportunity that I can give others that are determined just like me. I always have to be busy and this is a great way to funnel that energy. I feel so fortunate that I get to work with my business partners in a variety of settings where we all grow and achieve our goals in life both personally and professionally.

Studying Hospitality and Event Management during both my undergraduate and graduate careers, I have always had an interest in the behind-the-scenes workings of businesses and events. With my position here at Balanced Action, I am able to have a direct impact on the growth of our team and help provide opportunities for like-minded individuals who share that same passion for the marketing and events industry.

As the Human Resources Administrator, I am able to utilize my skillset to advance the careers of our team members, as well as my own. It is very rewarding to be able to help build a team of strong leaders from the ground up and watch the many ways opportunities and success present themselves. I know the future of Balanced Action is bright and I am excited to see what our team will accomplish next!

I’ve been told to always work hard at everything I do. I’ve stayed well rounded working in everything from finances, server positions in restaurants, to receptionist positions, sales and advertising. Jobs have always limited me as I knew I wasn’t meant for a standard 9 to 5. My new career allows me to grow and work with a motivating team. By working hands on with fellow business partners, it allows us all to learn and grow to our highest potential.

I graduated from The University of La Verne where I studied Business Administration, and continued to hold a number of management positions. Here at Balanced Action Marketing, I am attracted to the transparent growth structure, where learning and asking questions are encouraged. It’s also a place where everyone is devoted to equipping each other with the tools to take control of their growth.

Two years ago, I graduated from Arizona Christian University with my degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Sports Management. It has been a dream of mine to run a Sports Complex. However, I never had a definite plan set for how to get started, let alone how to run it. Reluctantly, I also had not had any experience in a professional work environment other than on the basketball court, up until now. The moment I started working at Balanced Action Marketing Firm, I finally opened my eyes and have seen that my dream can become a reality. Every day is a new learning experience for everyone. Just like any other team, you are unable to succeed to the fullest of your abilities alone. Teams work together to help each other grow and achieve their goals by challenging one another every day. With time, this team has grown become family. I am so ecstatic to be a part of this family and to grow side by side with them. We grow together and there’s no other way I would rather have it.
