While looking back at all Balanced Action Marketing Firm, Inc. accomplished in 2021, it is easy to take your foot off the gas pedal, but that is not what is in the cards for this firm. We have evaluated the past year and took a close look at what worked and what did not work, and we have made necessary adjustments to grow even more this year!!!
Here are a few of our 2021 Major Accomplishments:
- Expanded into 2 new territories in 2 new states
- Gained 6 new business partners
- 6 new clients in 2 new industries
Each of these items are no small feat! Each team member of ours is focused on personal growth and development, and as a result our clients are thriving and we are set in a position to continue to expand! When we expand our territories, it allows our clients to grow as well! We are able to host more events in new areas in the nation that they ultimately weren’t in previously! Their reach and brand awareness gets bigger as we grow!
We have written down our 2022 goals, and the ball is moving to continue our expansion early this year! You read that right! We are projected to open two new territories in the first quarter of 2022! But that won’t be it! Balanced Action is projected to not only expand, but gain new clients, in new territories and new industries all while gaining new business partners!
Balanced Action Marketing Firm, Inc. work with a wide range of clients from global giants to beginning companies. Our goal for them is success based on our live marketing model with three sides.

- People: With face-to-face interactions to find out what matters most is a more personable approach, generating more excitement for our clients’ products. Our focus is being able to educate consumers on what the brands are, and what makes them different than others in the market and how it can fill a need in their lives. We build relationships daily that stick!
- Results: By taking our clients offline, and creating a specialized event that is 10-12 days in duration, that sees upward to 10,000-12,000+ people on average, and with our unique strategies, we have a proven track record for results! We are really good at marketing so we generate a lot of sales as a byproduct.

Throw away those fears, write them down on a piece of paper and throw them away. Don’t let them define you. Use yourself, your goal in life, what you want no matter what it is, use all of that as your motivation to keep going every single day.

Let’s take a look at how our business Balanced Action Marketing Firm is growing based on our actions. Our business is focused on Management and Direct Marketing. Here are 8 steps to our success in the business.
Step 1 is finding out what the customer and client likes and staying with that. Being able to focus on a trend to collect data is very important for the client, for the customer it keeps it simple and they are not overloaded with options to confuse them. Direct marketing is all about feedback and understanding the buyers needs, not just pushing a product.
Remember that a confused mind says no.
Step 2 is keeping it simple for the client. Within our business we handle the inventory, sales, visual marketing and much more and relay the info to the clients. Taking on the bigger project means more control for our firm and an easier time for the clients which in turn want more from us.
Step 3 is about tracking your momentum. Do this based on sales, interactions, locations but keep it on a single topic. Trying to fix the data on a 10 point graph will be impossible but working on a single topic and moving on is the best way to conquer a problem.
Step 4 is to build a strong team. Here at Balanced Action Marketing Firm that is just what we do, build individuals to be strong and grow in our business. We encourage our team to take the management role and lead a team to be successful. With our tools and mentors we all see a huge improvement in this area.
Step 5 of a growing business is about the streamlined transaction process. A growing business can be bogged down and cause a negative impact for the client and customers if there is a bottleneck or slow down. We already solved this by using several distribution and retail locations for our clients so they never miss a beat when it comes to the checkout.
Step 6 is all about the competition. We need to keep an eye on them but not get tunnel visioned on them. Once we have our goals set and making moves towards them we don’t need to worry about the others. This applies to our team, friendly competition but we all focus on our individual goals and together the entire team grows leaps and bounds.
Step 7 we have to remember that momentum can shift and outside forces happen. Simple solution for that is to diversify into multiple clients and platforms to take in any account of issues that might pop up. The saying, “don’t put all your eggs into one basket.” Even with the pandemic we only had a little bump in our growth and business after that we came back stronger. The goals of the business and team had kept us all on track during those uncertain times.
Step 8 it is all YOU. Yes the business will be growing because of you and your actions to take control of the situation. In our management program it is all focused on time and business management to prepare the teams to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit and make it happen.

In the fast paced world of our business it is always great to look back and take note of our accomplishments.
When did our firm start?
Balanced Action Marketing Firm was established in April of 2019 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We started as a small team with big goals to expand and grow our business. Upon our launch we had just one platform and one client with the goal of making huge profits for our client to use as a resume piece per say to acquire more clients in a short time.
By the beginning of the third quarter of 2019 we had grown to two platforms and four clients and a larger team. Looking back, the key to our success early on was the set of systems and standards we held ourselves to, this kept it easy for us to duplicate our skill sets with the new team members and still maintain the results for the firm and the clients.
By the end of 2019 our team and business was working like a well oiled machine. We had three platforms to work with for our clients and our client list was now at six. We also started working with a recruiting team to help us find more motivated team members that will be able to help us continue the fast paced growth of our business. Setting goals and planning schedules for the upcoming year and knowing what we can accomplish but still wanting more.
Our second year in business 2020 was a true test of our mentality.
As you know the world basically shut down and there was nothing we and the rest of the world could do. Our team looked at the situation as a snow day for school. We could not go out and make our business work but we could stay in and grow our mentality and keep our skills sharp. We utilized Zoom to have conference calls to go over topics in our business and new strategies. Never stopping at this point and we were ready to get back to work. As a team we really focused on our goals and team time. Spending a day out with the team hiking and not talking about the business but ourselves and what we want in life was a huge reason we came back stronger.
Once we were able to get back on track and back to work we were excited, we were only ‘closed’ for three months. Some businesses are still closed a year later but not us. With our teamwork time and focus on our goals we all had a stronger mentality when it came to the business and our personal goals that used the business to make it happen. We lost some clients and gained some clients during this time, the world was an uncertain time. The big takeaway from our time in the business and quote that really encapsulated the entire time was this, ‘there is not the right time to start but now’. Some of our clients only relied on their online marketing and sales to still be in the public eye and we all know how that will go. Indirect marketing like social media and emails only gets a tiny percentage of clicks that turns into a purchase while what we center our revenue generated side of the business on is Direct Marketing. With Direct Marketing we are able to get more feedback from the consumer and address their questions and concerns that educates them to make a decision to buy with a much higher success rate. Since we use Direct Marketing and the public was going back out into the world we saw a huge increase in revenue and results for our clients and our firm. The year 2020 was a crazy year for us all and we actually ended up doing better overall than the previous year.
Promotions and Expansions
Now we are in the year 2021 and things for us and the rest of the world seem to almost back to normal. We are starting the year strong with a lot of momentum. Adding more clients to our roster, traveling to new markets to run tests and evaluate for the clients and we are rocking it out this year! Even though the 2020 slow down affected the team we still had people on track to complete the management program and be promoted as a new partner. About the same time in the spring Devin and Diego were primed to be promoted and take over a new territory and market to expand our reach for the clients. So in 2019 Balanced Action Marketing Firm started in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and grew steadily. Now with the promotion of Devin he is managing his team and the market in Las Vegas, NV. This is a big deal for our office and a bigger deal for the clients but we didn’t stop there! A month later Diego was promoted and now running the Oklahoma City, OK market. This is a great time for our office and clients since we had a huge rapid expansion in just a short time.
Now in the present time of 2021 fourth quarter what is the plan?
Looking at the partners with their markets and the CA market still growing bigger the plan is to expand and keep on growing. In early 2022 a fourth location will be opened by Brian in the North Dallas, TX area as an extension of the Balanced Action Marketing Firm in CA branch. During this time and after the teams in the programs are still able to hit their goals and become a business owner in a new location and take full control of their future while using this business as support. That is the best part about our business model, everyone is different but all have the common goal of becoming a manager or business owner.
Can’t wait to do another look back on our success in 2026 to see what we have accomplished as a team.
The “Roadtrip” experience with Balanced Action Marketing Firm allows you to develop quickly in the program.
- A chance for an individual to focus their skill set.

- Troubleshooting personal habits and structure for development.
- Bringing back learned skills to train the team as a team leader.
During this rotation we had two of our team travel up to the Seattle Washington area to manage two campaigns for our clients. Devin with more experience as a Campaign Manager and Diego who is a Client Rep. With the different levels in our company it is a great way to coach and build others by sharing experiences and leading by example. On a roadtrip the individual can focus on themselves fully since they are away from the normal routine in their life, this leads to a huge increase in personal and professional development.
During this trip they were put in the position to run their businesses on their own. Their goal was to create a profitable campaign for the clients and create their own commissions reflective of their performance. Building on previous and current training of the marketing systems to make the business experience worthwhile. Since our Southern California office is part of a larger network of offices they were able to network with another office to gain more experience and know the area better. Meeting up for dinner is the best kind of business meeting out there.
After hours our team had time to take in the sights and enjoy the lovely State of Washington, taking in its abundance of nature and scenic drives. They will have a whale of a tail to share with the rest of the team back home. Road Trips are a great way to gain and share experience to help build and lead a team.
Goals and our business are important since it is the only way to keep yourself on track and growing in this business and in life. Late nights planning the future is the best way to have a successful future. Setting goals, gaining personal and professional development and business management is what we are all about at Balanced Action Marketing Firm.
In my work background I’ve tried everything from retail, office receptionist, personal assistant, restaurant hostess/server, promotional marketing, financial sales, and more..
I’ve found that the standard ‘9 to 5’ isn’t for me. In my experience, I’m not made to be held back by an hourly wage. I never enjoyed being paid based on my position rather than my work ethics.
I first got involved training as a rep with Balanced Action Marketing Firm in October 2019. With strong mentorship, systems for overall growth, and positive team guidance. It was simple to follow training, and develop my marketing skills in the field.
I am now training a team of my own. Having the opportunity to guide others into well developed managers themselves, is a reward in its own. But I’m not done working on my own goals.
Taking time to write down my goals allows me to set my own bars. Laying out my goals on paper gives me a better visual on how to best achieve them. In an opportunity like BAMF I’m free to grow to my full potential.
